I work on the shop floor making food and delivering gold standard food and service. While also working closely with customers to ensure they are being understood and properly cared to
Yes plenty, such as strong team working skills, great listening skills, understanding towards issues that may arise as well as handling them

My employer gives me 7 hours a week to work on my apprenticeship as well as being paid for my mentors HIG chats and meetings
I receive updates regularly and support to stay on track
