    • I work on the shop floor making food and delivering gold standard food and service. While also working closely with customers to ensure they are being understood and properly cared to

    • Yes plenty, such as strong team working skills, great listening skills, understanding towards issues that may arise as well as handling them

    • I love the programme i’m excited to see how it will help me develop my skills on and off shop floor

    • My employer gives me 7 hours a week to work on my apprenticeship as well as being paid for my mentors HIG chats and meetings

    • It will definitely develop my performance at work as well as in my personal life
