I am a shift manager so my role involve following polices and procedures making sure food safety is 100% running shifts as efficiently as possible.
I now have a better understanding of business legislations and the financial side of running a business, also I have developed a better understanding of my management style.
I really enjoy the programme and pushing my self to better my knowledge so I can transfer this in to my job role.
It is very organised and structured very clear to follow easy to k ow what is expected of you.
I receive alot of support from my employer I get set days each month and more if needed aslo we have a group chat so if we need help with anything we can just ask.
I recieve a lot of support as I worry alot about stuff they know how to help and break it down for me.
