  • As for myself, I have built a career at Savills, specialising in commercial real estate, where I currently manage over 15 spaces across central London. My role requires the utmost professionalism dealing high level clients and business owners on a daily basis.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Professional speaking, increased use of excel, exposure to p&l's, paying invoices etc

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Thoroughly enjoy my programme, welcomed into the team with open arms, fully integrated and making my own mark.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well, workshops every 6 weeks, an assignment and some tasks to complete on the job. This along with what I'm learning and developing whilst on my day to day.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support system is great, doors are open from apprentice team and my line manager, even the rest of my team 100% of the time

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Calls organised whenever necessary, not had a singe issue with support

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • There comes a point where you know what to do during work, the training provides me with knowledge to WHY you do it. Vital knowledge to a newcomer for sure.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Very social job, plenty of opportunities externally to get involved in. Team welcome this and spread the word for any events.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Disregarding the size of the company, they support, trust and elevate you to a level unimaginable before. Changes a whole perspective on life being surrounded by success, setting a standard to live by in both working and personal life.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Savills?
  • Do your research - Know your bit about the company and ensure the the you are applying for actually interest you, display that interest.
