Provide expert HR advice and guidance to colleagues on policies, procedures and best practices. I do this by supporting people whether it is a straightforward query to a harder more sensitive one. HR experience advisors role is to respond to all tickets you raise on the peoplehub, they attend meetings with different business areas to stay up to date with trends and transformation throughout the business.

I really enjoy my programme. I like the fact i go to college and also work at the same time
My programme is very well structured
I recieve alot of support, whether it's a weekly check in with my manager to regular apprentice cohort catch ups
I recieve a lot of support with my lecturer we regularly have 1 to 1 catch ups
