  • Day to day running of a shift, managing stock, delegating, upholding CQSMA standards and making sure everyone else does. Follow all standard operating procedures and making sure everyone else does. Cash management.

  • Developed a deeper understanding of the law around alcohol and trading and supporting staff members. How to take care of real ale.

  • I enjoyed the programmed sometimes struggled with keeping up with tasks.

  • Very organised but felt there was little support from mentors at the time and wish they kept you in check more.
