Training new crew, following all health and safety procedures and guidelines. Working on front or kitchen.
I have learnt alot of new skills within my apprenticeship. Diffrent customers and their wants and needs. Environmental impact. Costs. Legislations and Acts.
I have enjoyed the programme a lot,I have learnt so much from my trainer and the aptem app.
The structure is great i hit my apprenticeship hours every month. Everything on the app is laid out simple and easy to follow. My trainer always checks in and organises meetings well in advance.
Again always get my designated hours for apprenticeship time. If i ever get confused or need more information my managers are more then happy to help and give me the information I need.
My training provider has helped me out massively to gain my hospitality qualification, he is very knowledgeable within the industry and I have gained alot from having him as my trainer.
Having more knowledge on health and safety and legislations, how to save on costs and give the best experience for customers I can. This also help me to be a better trainer to new crew.
