    • Develop systems for clients based on what they need, I also automate some systems to make the project run smoother

    • I have learnt a lot about cloud computing specifically Azure and Aws. I have learnt a lot of new skills and developed on my coding.

    • The programme has been good, it's a good mix of all types of work that allows my brain to be working all the time

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Not the best, we have had so many last minute changes on Aston's side and they don't seem to know what they're doing at points.

    • My employer has given me as much support as they can, been very helpful from day 1

    • We have weekly lectures and they supply us with office hours, if we needed anything we could always email.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It helped me understand better practices and new ways in which to code, it also helped me apply some new knowledge into my work with agile methodologies being a big one I used

    • There's social and networking events very often, where we turn up and work and socialise throughout the day

    • Yes

    • Capgemini has been good to me since day one if I have ever needed anything they have always helped

    • Be flexible, you can move around and do what you want in the business.
