Store Assistant Review

My role can be very varied, it involves putting stock out, keeping the store clean and providing excellent customer service

I have definitely developed customer service skills as well as improved my confidence. I have also further developed my team working skills.

I really enjoy my programme, I’m always learning something new and everyday is different.

I feel like my programme is very well structured

Whenever I need support I always ask my employer and they are more than willing to help

I receive a lot support from my training provider, they are very helpful

I feel like it helps me to further understand and develop my knowledge around this role
