  • I work 4 days a week on my project where I am a PMO. On this role I help with engaging ecosystem partners, the finances of the project and Social Value. 1 day of the week is for my apprenticeship work

  • I have learnt many skills both hard skills and soft skills. Everyday I feel like i get the opportunity to learn and progress by being trusted to take on new responsibilities

  • I really enjoy my programme. It has been a great opportunity to learn off of some well experienced individuals as well as seeing results from my work

  • It is extremely organised and strucutred. It is laid out very clearly and you understand what is coming up from early

  • I receive a lot of support, I can always reach out when needed. I also have monthly meetings with my Program manager, apprenticeship manager and Apprentice buddy which allows me to cover all areas of concerns or questions

  • My qualifications are mainly essay based and then courses. However, I still feel supported as we always gain valuable feedback and guidance as well as being able to reach out at any time

  • I feel like it certainly makes a difference it allows me to understand all roles and aspects of my project that I may not have first hand experience on
