Speaking to customers, placing orders for broadband, TV and mobile, building a rapport and increasing sales for the company. I do this by pitching packages and explaining the benefits of the products and services we offer.
I have developed my IT skills, i have been able to use and gain the knowledge on 6 different systems we use daily which has enhanced my knowledge on what I can do within the work place. I have developed my communication skills, I develop how to create a great rapport.
I enjoy the opportunities that we have and that we can develop on to once the apprenticeship is finished, and i enjoy the opportunity to make my own commission and be in control of what i earn.
It is well structured, the hours we work and well as the off the job hours we have to complete the apprenticeship work is very good.
We receive the upmost support from our employer, my manager is always making sure we are okay and how we can better ourselves within the job.
She has weekly catch ups with us on our work and what we need to correct on them and what extra work we can complete when we have completed the work for the month
I think it provides me with the extra support and tools to help develop my professionalism within the workplace as well as helping develop some of my skills.
