My role is to analyse company data, Sales and Purchasing Administration, the despatching of goods, general operations, customer communications, receipting in product, reviewing contracts, upkeep of product requirements
I have learnt stakeholder, change and project management skills as well as interpreting finances and industry-specific knowledge. I have developed an array of skills, such as time management, confidence in communication and flexibility with change
I don't have a bad word to say about my programme - my e-learning is conducted in an easy to understand format and I receive constant support from my tutor and line manager when needed. As a result, I have excelled in my course, having completed almost 2/3 of the workload in just 6 months. I have shown great progress in my job role and completed my probation review with flying colours.
The structure of my programme offers me great flexibility in completing my coursework and balancing my work duties. I can allocate specific times and choose to book a meeting room in order to focus on my assignments.
I have received full support from my employer over the duration of my time at SBR, having sought helpful advice from our Managing Director, my manager and my colleagues concerning my day-to-day work and my college work.
Full support - my training provider always emphasises how she is always available to help me with anything regarding my course. Whether she finds extra resources to aid my work, or sets extension tasks to further my knowledge, I am confident in asking her any queries I may have.
My qualification helps my performance in my role because I am constantly learning the importance of the Business Administrator, and sub-categories such as Project Management and the Management of Stakeholders. As well as this, I learn about finances such as Budget Variances, etc.
We offer a variety of activities, such as volunteering work, the Goodwood Races, and a cycling scheme.

It is clear that SBR's ethos is to nurture staff into excelling at their role. As their youngest apprentice to date, I have been helped in all areas of my work and the company cares a great deal about their employees. I feel like a valued part of this business, and there are a number of benefits such as a Profit Share scheme, Birthday Holiday and flexible hours / working arrangements, like working from home
I would say to apply as quickly as you can! I have truly loved working here for the last 6 months and would recommend it to anyone, whether you have just finished school like myself or if you are looking to be part of a new adventure of expansion.
