Yes. Developing my business acumen has been key. Coming from a STEM background with little business experience, this apprenticeship has helped build on this area of knowledge for me
Thoroughly enjoying the programme so far. Great cohort of colleagues, engaging teaching staff, interesting knowledge & topics covered, and applying it to my day-to-day work
It is well structured and organised, however the learning platform being used (CANVA) isnt the best. Not always easy to navigate, nor is it clear where to find resources
I receive sufficient support, with a dedicated programme team, mentor and line manager to help on a regular basis if needed
I receive sufficient support, with regular check-ins and the opportunity to reach out & book time to speak with lecturers / teachers is also available
It helps me more with my future development in taking more responsibility and moving into senior positions within the business. Not necessarily helps me perform better in my current role, but builds my knowledge & skills to further progress into other areas that wouldnt have previously been available
Yes, there are a plethora of activities to get involved in. From social events, joining communities and partaking in volunteering opportunities
Yes
Has a great work culture, amazing support and great opportunities to build knowledge & experience
Consider long term goals, understand what the company can offer (outside of a salary) and align these with the individual
