My role as a SAP Applications Consultant involves consistent client communication, site visits, functionality assessments and resolving incidents on a daily basis. My role further involves people management capabilities, having reviewees and managing their progression.
Definitely, my management and communicative abilities have improved tenfold, enhanced even further through being able to apply these learnings at work through senior leadership support and trust.
Fully, it is engaging with passionate supporters and lecturers with a solid framework to raise issues and assess feedback.

The module leaders adapt their leadership structure delivery to match our work scenarios, which makes the mental understanding for how to apply learnings to work so much easier.
