I'm a Regional Fraud Investigator into benefit fraud
Yes I have learnt a lot about legislation, how to conduct an investigation and gather evidence legitimately. I learnt about interview techniques and tools that are available to adhere to PACE and CPIA
The programme is interesting but very intense when joggling day to day work with the apprenticeship.
Very organised and structure
I receive a lot of support in being given 20% of my paid time to be use for the apprenticeship
I receive a lot of support and feedback.
The qualification gives the blue print but I still need a lot of support by a mentor provided by my employer
Yes there are.
No
I would still be on the same grade and pay after completing the apprenticeship
Be aware that you pay would not improve just because you complete the apprenticeship. It is however a good employer that believes in investing in their employers.
