I started at Travis Perkins as an Apprentice completing my Hire Controller Level 2 with a Distinction which i thoroughly enjoyed and was challenged by , Now I'm completing my Level 4 Retail Manager Apprenticeship Programme and I'm excited to jump back in with the new system
Extremely organised/structured, Compared to my first apprenticeship which felt a bit scattered my current one is using the APTEM system and I'm glad that everything is transparent and everything is in one place
A lot of support they allow me to have the time to complete my assignments and also help me with my tasks and share their experience
all the help i need, i'm still pretty early on with my apprenticeship but all the support i've recieved so for has been great
I believe it will help me actually carry out my role, i accepted my current role knowing how much i would struggle due to my lack of knowledge and lack of skills
