  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme on the whole. I would like to be more involved in the more technical areas of the team, however I do get some experience. I do think I am responsible for a lot of admin work which could be moved elsewhere.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure is well organised by both FI and Buzzacott. The learning at FI is of a very good level, and this is matched in the office. Sometimes with my role, the work doesn't seem to fully incorporate this learning but when I do it is very beneficial.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think my qualification helps supports me in my role massively. It develops all of the theoretical understanding needed, to then apply into practice, in my role.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are a lot of extra-curricular activities to get involved in, and lots of committees which host events, such as the trainee committee. I am involved in football at Buzzacott where I get to meet people across different teams, which is nice since I am in a small team. I would like it, if there were more networking events for trainees, as I would like to build that exposure and develop more professional relationships.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Buzzacott to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Buzzacott is a very successful company, and it has a vast amount of opportunities for trainees. The majority of the firm are trainee based, so you would be surrounded with people of a similar age, and like-minded attitude.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Buzzacott?
  • Make sure you know about the company. You know about the values at Buzzacott, and how you have incorporated these in your life beforehand.
