Answering phone calls, responding to emails. Dealing with situations of different complexity. I support thousands of customers in the UK and America by answering their questions about the computer software that I support.
Yes. I have developed speaking skills, phone skills, communication skills, business knowledge, how garages work. I would say that I have gained good work experience in many fields.
I like the work the majority of the time and I like helping people. Sometimes a customer on the phone might not be the nicest to speak with but that cannot be helped. Writing assignments was also not that enjoyable but necessary.
Well structured but was confusing sometimes, knowing what I need to do.
I receive the amount of support that is needed.

It makes me engage more with the customer to leave a lasting impression on them.
no. (what do I rate this?)
Yes
It is a friendly place to work
I would just say be prepared for 3 interviews or more. (This is how many I had and I was told after the 3rd one that there might be another)
