I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how to handle employee queries, resolve conflicts, and manage employee well-being, which are crucial aspects of creating a positive workplace culture.
The combination of practical, on-the-job experience and the theoretical learning has been both engaging and rewarding. I enjoy being able to apply what I’ve learned in real-world scenarios, especially when it comes to tasks like recruitment, employee relations, and using HR systems. Each day brings new challenges, and I appreciate the variety of tasks I get involved in.
I believe my HR apprenticeship programme is very well-organized and structured.
I receive a significant amount of support from my employer, which has been crucial to my development in this apprenticeship. My manager and team have been very supportive, offering regular feedback and guidance to help me improve my skills and understanding of HR practices. They encourage me to take on new challenges and provide the necessary resources to help me succeed, whether it’s through training, mentorship, or access to relevant HR materials.
I receive a good level of support from my training provider while working towards my qualifications.
