  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The programme offers extensive support and is very well-organised. My supervisor takes their role as both a legal and pastoral mentor seriously. Another plus is the amount of responsibility given to newcomers. Our programme sponsor maintains regular communication through monthly scheduled meetings during our rotations. Beyond our immediate team and supervisor, everyone from trainees to the office managing partner has been approachable and supportive, helping us settle in and address any questions. Transitioning from A-Levels to the apprenticeship was smoother than anticipated, thanks to the comprehensive support provided.
