Contributing to meetings such as planning, stand ups, estimations. Designing and developing solutions for our customers, bug fixing, communication with stakeholders like product owners. Code reviews
Yes, my ability to code and deliver effective solutions has increased greatly, as well as so many other technical skills. Communication has improved too
From the work side of things, I don't think I could have found a better opportunity. Everyone I work with have been amazing, from my manager, to other developers I work with. Very fair with allowing me to complete university work.
I once attended an apprenticeship open evening at university with some others that i work with - i really enjoyed it

Great team of people to help you grow, large company so have the funds and resources available to help you develop skills no matter what they might be.
I cant speak for all roles, but for software engineering, get some projects under your belt, get comfortable with a a few different languages an even i you arent a perfect fit, apply anyway
