  • 9a. Would you recommend Marston's to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • they’re is no actual support when you need help with extra hours, want to be shown new things. management sometimes doesn’t help team members but besides the mostly bad it’s a great way to build skills, meet people and get a sense of what a career in hospitality can be like

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marston's?
  • make sure that the individual pub is the best fit try to talk to people who work there and see what management is like because maybe it’s just where i work that it is this bad. for the apprenticeships the more you learn the easier the coarse gets even if it’s extra learning
