I have learnt time management, delegations, how to have difficult conversations and conflict resolution
The programme is very good. My coach is easy to talk to the only thing that lets it down is the CMI webinars the hosts of those webinars have no personality
The structure of the programme is good but it needs less catch up webinars
My current manager has been fantastic and has given me the time needed to catch up
My coach is always and the end of an email if i need him
The amount I have learnt on this course has made me approach management differently
