my role is the same as a store assistant to train me up to be a good store assistant in every area and i also do the management side training
i’ve learnt loads of new skills and i have also developed new people skills
i really enjoy my program and i am excited to work everyday
this program is very good and is organised perfectly and i feel i get lots of help and there are many people to support me
i received a load of help from my manager and i really enjoy working with all coworkers
i get lessons set often and i also get a meeting with her every 6 months
i feel very advanced compared to the average worker due to my knowledge developed by the provider and also i feel i can make better decisions

the working environment is brilliant and everyone fits in and is welcome no matter who you are and is juts a great experience overall
