  • I work in the Court of Protection team managing the property and financial afford of people who lack capacity to do so themselves. This includes paying invoices, organising utilities, organising insurance, ad hoc requests from families, benefits reviews

  • My communication skills have developed further, alongside my confidence

  • I love it, it has been an amazing experience

  • My line manager is my biggest supporter. She pushes me and makes me better

  • My coach is always just a call or email away and we have 6 weekly mandatory meetings

  • It has given me a far deeper understanding of my role and the law surrounding it

  • We have a quarterly team social, and I am on the committee planing that end of financial year party
