I work in the Court of Protection team managing the property and financial afford of people who lack capacity to do so themselves. This includes paying invoices, organising utilities, organising insurance, ad hoc requests from families, benefits reviews
My communication skills have developed further, alongside my confidence

My coach is always just a call or email away and we have 6 weekly mandatory meetings

They really care about their employees and it is a lovely atmosphere to work in
