  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme a lot, I understand it is a new programme for our company, but JLR provides us with unique experiences and helpful individuals who will help us to grow.

    10/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well organised, however, I feel like the Uni course structure could be better tailored to procurement. For example, we had a warehousing assignment 6 months in to our apprenticeship, which we have no knowledge about.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A good amount of support, the materials we have to work towards our qualifications are helpful. But, I feel as though we could have more guidance from a 1-1 sense to help us in assignments etc.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It is good so far, however, some aspects of the course does not necessarily benefit us. For example, a finance module has been taken out, which would've helped us in our roles.
