Daily meetings to review the progress of JLR processes, networking with team members for team days in office, helping negotiate terms with suppliers, and learning the skills needed to maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Excel, public speaking, networking, self confidence
I enjoy my programme a lot, I understand it is a new programme for our company, but JLR provides us with unique experiences and helpful individuals who will help us to grow.
It is well organised, however, I feel like the Uni course structure could be better tailored to procurement. For example, we had a warehousing assignment 6 months in to our apprenticeship, which we have no knowledge about.
A lot of support, mentally, work-wise, and from an extra-curricular point of view too.
A good amount of support, the materials we have to work towards our qualifications are helpful. But, I feel as though we could have more guidance from a 1-1 sense to help us in assignments etc.
It is good so far, however, some aspects of the course does not necessarily benefit us. For example, a finance module has been taken out, which would've helped us in our roles.

Great company to work for, rewarding opportunities and receive great experiences and opportunities that not many companies would be able to provide
