I help out with all aspects of the finance team, AP, AR, treasury and then at month end look after two entities managing the balance sheet and P/L statement.
I have learnt how to value companies and also how to analyse data more efficiently as well as how things such as budgets and forecasts work in more detail.
It has been pretty good apart from the delays in the service provided by the training provider but I enjoy my job.
Not too well really, on paper it was good but just a lack of staff and the communication left me waiting for longer than I needed to to sit exams.
I receive great support from my employer allowing me to sit with different people around the business to help with my experience to support my learning.
The support was good from my tutor and teachers just a little bit of a delay but didn't cause too many issues.
It has complimented my job role perfectly as I have been learning about things I either do now or I would want to do in the future.
Yes there are quite a few things to get involved in socially like parties and meals, not so much on the side of sports.
Yes
Because they want to help you succeed and it is a very friendly environment to learn and develop in.
I would say don't be afraid to ask lots of questions and use the experience around you as everyone has their own way of doing things so you can learn off of everyone.
