My role includes supporting different departments with tasks that take up a longer amount of time, I attend meetings, take notes and take minutes from these meetings then action them myself or to the relevant people. Each day is different but I also occasionally communicate with our sub contractors.
My confident has excelled as I am able to now speak to people of higher authority confidently and am able to get my points across. I have also learnt many new IT skills particularly in excel which is a major platform I use on a day to day basis

The programme is organised in a way that allows apprentices to get exposure to every single department across the 18 month programme. This then allows us to choose what area we would like to specialise in/ work in and or get further education in

The experience you gain from your time here is incomparable, and the ability to gain a job after or a uni degree for free is a huge benefit not many places can offer
