    • I work as an apprentice painter and decorator who prepares and paints surfaces to improve the appearance, longevity and texture of a decorative finish

    • Yes I have improved in my housekeeping and also improved my speed and efficiency of work

    • It is well structured overall however organisation and communication could be improved a little bit

    • I receive a lot of support through my training provider and have learnt a lot of skills and tips

    • Good supported company, helpful supervisors, good training and development opportunities

    • Listen to advice of the more experienced supervisors and take on their tips into your own work and don’t be afraid to ask questions if you ever get confused by something
