My current role revolves around Business Operations, I am currently responsible for running Change Reviews, Amending Schedules, keeping track of actions, maintaining our workspace site
Within the 3 roles i have completed i have developed many skills, the most recent being my self confidence and presentation skills, developed through doing school workshops
I really enjoy every aspect of the programme, and find it suitably challenging. The managers are always very supportive in every placement i have been in
I always feel valued by all members of staff and am always included. BAE ensure processes are in place to make sure no one is left out and that everyones opinion is taken into account.
It is well structured on the BAE Systems side, i feel that the college side could be more organised. Especially with the revision for the HA exams, the lask of knowledge from the college was dissappointing
I feel the support is suitable, however i do feel that the college tutors can he hard to get hold of at times. I'm sure that there is appropriate support available however we have been given little information about it
There are many ways to request support, and this is available at all times or whenever i require it. Both the memagers and leaders of the scheme are always very supportive and provide us with mentors should we need them
Salary increases with inflation annually and we also receive many other benefits, this helps our salary to stay well above the national average for our age.
We have had many opportunites such as the outward bound trip as a year group there are also other opportunities to visit schools and sometimes even other countries
Yes
interesting, great place to work with many benefits. There are a number of different programmes to suit everyone and different packages of work to suit each individual skill set
Try to get advice about the company from friends or family member who work there. I woiuld also review the BAE systems website around the products that we produce.
