Supporting apprentices on programme, assisting in sign up and onboarding processes, promoting apprenticeships within the Trust and celebrating success of those who completed.
Yes, I have learnt data and analytical skills.
I truly enjoy the programme. I found exciting meeting new people, expanding on my skills and participating in virtual workshops.
My programme is very well structured. I have monthly workshops with one of the trainers and meet my coach bi-weekly. I have regular progress reviews and easy access to all the resources.
I am fully supported on my apprenticeship. My line manager ensures I have sufficient amount of study time and I am available for any workshops and coaching sessions.
My training provider is excellent and very supportive. I have been provided with great amount of welfare wraparound, alongside resources and interesting online exercises to increase my knowledge and skills.
My qualifications have a huge impact on my role. I can confidently analyse data and produce valuable insights that can help us increase teams productivity and identify any development opportunities.
Yes, I attend 'Lunch and Learn' sessions organised by Business Informatics team and I often participate in online webinars organised by NHS
