  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Newer to the programme, we are currently in the first module. I have learnt many new theories/models/frameworks, all of which are incredibly interesting and easily applied to my industry. It is also very interesting applying these to my organisation. Helping to develop new strategic initiatives and ways of viewing the organisations strategy and how they have landed on it.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • So far, thoroughly enjoying it. Really enjoying the in person sessions, lecturers so far have been incredibly engaging. The 'on the job' support is also really good, Henley and the Capgemini Apprenticeship coordinators have been fantastic at ensuring we have enough support around the clock. Also enjoying the sessions that are lead by a senior employee of my organisation but delivering on the module content, or putting the module content into the perspective of our organisation - great networking opportunity as well.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Given the apprenticeship is in Senior Leadership/Management and my role is Account Management, this qualification will hugely boost my role performance. Through understanding strategy and how to create/guide strategy, commercial/financials, understanding my own leadership DNA and becoming the best version of a manager, knowing how to support clients and stakeholders internally/externally etc

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes! Lots of social activities and professional networking events within our own industries, teams, departmental focus etc. Events to really call out and those that are truly championed within Capgemini, are those that are dedicate for Early and Emerging Talent in our early years as we just join the corporate world and as a young female in stem, Women In Tech events. We also have lots of sports teams, multiple netball teams for many different departments all over the country. I also know there are lots of golf, rugby and football teams. We also have the annual France (HQ) vs England Rugby game which is a lot of fun!
