  • managing end to end process of recruitment campaigns, responding to candidate queries, liaising with hiring managers to discuss recruitment plan and using applicant tracking system to post, sift and offer roles.

  • My sponsor has been amazing, always available to provide support when needed whilst still allowed to work independently.

  • My tutor had structed lessons and was open adjust the course to meeting the employers policies. Learning with my tutor was accessible.

  • i have better understanding of the legal procedures and policies that has allowed to pinpoint any breaches in practice. on a day to day basic my qualification has allowed me to ensure that I am following the correct standards and keeping a consistent approach

  • It was been amazing to be part of such a large organisation and get involved in amazing campaigns. The organisation offers great benefits and their focus on diversity has allowed me to bring my true self to work everyday.

  • I would say look at our socials and see all the amazing work we are doing or hoping to do. Be passionate about the job you are apply for.
