I think there definitely needs to be more cohesiveness across apprenticeship and employers as things can get confusing and overwhelming

ample support. I have set time to focus on my apprenticeship - 1 day a week for study days. I also have blocked time in my diary to allow me to focus on my maths assignments and revision.

we have 1 study day every 3 weeks and a study day every week. we can also ask for more time to focus on our studies should we need.

I find it helps a lot as it puts things in perspective however there is a lot of content in the course that does not relate directly to my role as a internal recruiter but more so to a agency recruiter. I also feel sometimes what we learn does not relate to the assignments or role.
