Co ordinating property risks, meeting markets/clients, data analysis, shadowing, helping to place risks.
Learnt about state of the London market, data skills and skills to develop relationships etc
I enjoy the programme a lot, within 6 months I have learnt a huge amount and been welcomed by the friendly culture of WTW
It is organised in terms of exam deadlines and my team have involved me in a lot of work so I have a steady flow of work
I recieve a lot of support from my manager and the wider team in terms of advice and next steps etc
The support is there if I ask/require it
I think it has added to what I have learnt a lot and made work tasks more accesible to understand
There are a vast amount of social activities almost every week and are sports teams e.g. football
