My role in the business is to fabricate pipes to create systems to go onto a submarine, this can involve filing, prepping, taking down to grade b cleaning and also completing forms
I am developing new skills everyday working with experienced people in the facility and using them on a day to day basis.
I enjoy the programme of working and also doing both hands on and also the theory side
The programme is very organised and structured ensuring I am hitting targets and achieving in the theory side of the programme
I receive a lot of support from my employer when needed.

Apply for different trades rather than degree apprenticeships as they hire less people once you have completed your apprenticeship as a tradesperson you are able to find more opportunities for the future
