Yes, I have developed a lot in various areas such as communication, leadership, collaboration and professionalism. Outside of personal improvements i have also learnt various project management skills.
I enjoy the great opportunities it brings, and have made the most of them along the way
sometimes lacks structure and the training can feel dragged out, but overall is suitable and good for learning the skills
Plenty
Limited outside of the usual university days
it does in some cases, however a lot can not be applicable in my place of work, not because of the training but because of some processes at BAE etc. This is not a detriment however, as the wider understanding is always helpful
Stretch activities
Yes
The opportunities are endless and they offer many employee benefits. It is absolutely worth joining
Be keen to learn and ask for support where you need it
