On this apprenticeship I have learned many new skills and re-enforced others.

I have found it testing at times, but the overall experience has been good.

I have received lots of help and support through work. My line manager has been really understanding throughout the time of the programme.

Yes plenty. My DLC is always available to contact.

I can only comment on my own experiences however, after 20 years with Marstons in varied operational and support roles, I have always found there to be a great sense of togetherness.

Be yourself, be confident and be passionate about hospitality.
