1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Responsible for the quality of product shipped to the Customers, investigating any concerns they may have and implementing effective countermeasures to ensure no recurrence. Also responsible for quality of product and processes within the plant and also for supplied product going to the production line.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. I was self taught with Excel & the course has shown me some useful functions. I have used BI Reports with my job role to analyse data but I am now able to create BI Reports.

It has been excellent so far.

The programme is very well organised and structured.

I have not needed much support from my employer so far but I know they will offer me the necessary support if I do need it.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Level of support has been excellent. I have done additional sessions & I know I can contact them at any time & they will respond and be helpful.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I analyse data every day with my job role. This course will help me to do that quicker, more efficiently and I will be able to create the reports I want rather than having to ask others to do it.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are frequent professional networking events held within my organisation. We also do a lot for the local community with charitable assistance and are supported to carry this out.
