The training provider Furness college lacks in all areas. They are under staffed and the quality of lessons they have tutors for are an awful quality with under educated staff who are covering lessons they are not qualified to teach
Bae offer STEM activities and an experience called outward bound which is 5 days in the Lake District with the people you will be working with performing tasks and developing life skills
