i have developed my skills when using tools and constructing electrical circuits, which have helped me gain confidence and knowledge of my role when i’m ready to go into business
i have learnt how to use hand tools and how to construct and put up electrical circuits. before this i have never done anything such as these tasks, so being able to develop my skills with these things is amazing
i enjoy my program
the program itself is very good with bae, and it is structured amazingly.
i receive a lot of report from my employer, with regular meetings every 6 weeks. they give you resources and people to speak to

BAE offers events such as STEM and you can become a STEM ambassador. furthermore BAE also offers activities such as outward bound which helps you develop your confidence
