It involves completing my assignments that I’ve been set and completing my practicals to learn the trade of being an electrician
I’ve learnt basic electrical skills that I’ve used to put to together some complex circuits
I do enjoy learning these new skills and trying to gradually better myself within my trade
Bae is very well structured and they know everything that’s going on however the college side we sometimes lack tutors but it hasn’t stopped me from completing work
We receive regular feedback sessions from bae and I feel they are here for us if we have any questions
Yeah we revive regular training skills like working at heights and confined space training
The qualification is the end goal and gives me a boost when I’m having a rough day
In the future bae offer site tours to new apprentices which is beneficial for your apprenticeship and get your name more known in the business
Yes
It’s a very well structured company and provides stability for the future
