Sub Marine electrician apprentice.
Not as of yet as we’re only in college. In a couple of months though we’ll start learning skills that are specific to our job.
The course has been enjoyable so far when we’ve had tutors. The interactions with the business have kept our interest. I expect the transition into the business to be enjoyable
The course is structured. Unfortunately the college is possible the worst college experience I’ve seen/heard about. When/if we have tutors they’re knowledgable and engaging but they’re spread so thin by upper management the students don’t receive the service/teaching. I think there’s more managers than actual teachers. The college lets the whole apprenticeship down.
They’re always on hand to offer support and through the canvas app
Very little
We won’t receive a formal qualification
Not to my knowledge.
Yes
Once through the apprenticeship The opportunities are very good. They offer a good career if you wish to stay with them.
Say you want to serve your country. Say your a one company career person.
