I liaise with customers helping them run their advertisements whilst selling products which align with their needs and goals.
I have learnt relationship building skills, base management skills and how to manage time effectively for business needs
I enjoy the program as I learn majority of things in real life scenarios and it allows for great case studies/examples when it comes to linking to the written work.
I would say it is as organised as possible. There are no loose cracks and the structure from learning to assessing is clear from the start
I receive a lot of support in terms of time and help from people within the business. Our learning in work helps us prepare for our end assessments as we gain habits of how to answer things throughout the journey.
The support is unmatched, if I need any extra help I receive it and the consistency is key to helping my success come alight
I now have a better understanding of the ethical side of sales and how key features of pipeline management differ depending on business needs and wants.
There are tons of networks and groups for me to join, some educational or political and others for leisure. I take part is as many as I can where possible.
Yes
The companies values are second to none and the support is unlike any other place.
Remember that as long as your respectful and kind then the you should fit in well and not feel pressure to be someone your not. Showcase you work hard or are willing to learn and have a look into our values and pick one to resonate with as opposed to trying to excel in all of them.
