My role involves assisting production/operations with ensuring we are achieving the product design in the most safe and cost effective way.
I have learnt an array of soft skills and i have completed courses in process FMEA as well as nuclear reactor systems
It has been great although sometimes we have had little support
The programme has been quite unorganised but it has improved a lot in the past year.
I receive lots of support from my team but the formal training could be better to equip me for my day to day role.
