I carry out the planning, fieldwork and completion sections of the audit file.
I have improved communication skills and confidence when speaking in a group/ to a client
I have enjoyed gaining experience within my profession whilst undertaking a qualification to support my knowledge. I think the colleagues I work with help to make the environment and tasks more enjoyable.
The HR Team set up all of our college days and we receive the relevant joining instructions ahead of our courses letting us know the location, times etc...
I receive a good amount of support being study days where necessary if time at college is missed, or check-ins from my line manager to ensure I'm on track with off the job learning.
Course materials, practice questions and mock exams are available per the training provider online portal which is helpful when preparing for an exam. The training provider is around for us to ask questions to if necessary. I have not required this during the lead up to exams so cannot comment on how quick/ informative replies are.
The Level 4 AAT qualifications has helped me gain the technical knowledge required to complete senior sections of the audit fieldwork and wider audit file.
Yes there are sports teams, trainee social committee, networking events, volunteering days etc...
Yes
Staff at Buzzacott create a friendly environment which make it easier to ask questions and gain a better understanding of the tasks at hand. They have been catering to my needs, e.g needing to work from home or work flexi hours from time to time due to personal commitments.
Make sure to read about the company before applying as there are numerous teams so it is good to know which team you feel would best suit you and your career aspirations.
