I have worked on numerous major projects over my career. The current project is interesting albeit slow.

There is a clear structure to both our management team & the client side, which are both well organised.

Significant & meaningful support from my line manager & the business.

The qualification I gained - CMI Level 5 Leadership, helps underpin my work & recognises my level of experience.

Yes, team events on site, charity events, volunteering, social events, client networking events etc.
