  • policy validation team review new business and claim referrals, to check the correct information is disclosed. If not we may look to cancel or void a policy for misrepresentation/fraud or failed validation, along with repudiating claims if fallen outside of T&C, after conducting a full investigation

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Within my course I have developed a lot of new knowledge around legislation and why it is so important for a full investigation to be conducted.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Can be pressuring at times, juggling work, home life with kids while trying to keep on top of course. However, I am really enjoying the course, as it feels like a big achievement for myself.

  • The programme is well structured and organised and if ever unclear the trainers are very quick to respond to provide further assistance

  • Employer is very supportive and is always willing to listen to my worries and provide any additional time if required

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • All material required is always provided and explained clearly. When I complete my questions or tasks set, the trainers are always at hand with support, very quickly via email

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me a great understanding why a full investigation should be conducted, whether this points towards or away from the suspect, in line with legislation

  • Yes, plenty to get involved with, if I wish to participate
