I do full-stack web development for an internal resource management tool.
Improved leadership and teamwork skills. Gained experience building client relationships and full-stack development
The university work is okay. It's all virtual so it gets quite repetitive, and the little time to complete the learning, assignments and general admin can make it stressful. All in all it is worth it though
Well structured, you always know what is going to happen when
A lot, they answer any questions you may have and are always available if you need anything
Response can be delayed but they always get back to you eventually. The delay doesn't matter too much as you are only doing uni related work one day a week
They are definitely linked, but I often find that it's my role that helps me perform better in my uni work rather than the other way round
At work there is always some sort of social or networking event happening at some point

Healthy work environment, very accommodating when they need to be
Read up on the history of the company, IBM's legacy, reputation and history is very important to the company
