I have learnt how the construction industry is run, along with developing my social skills and independance
I greatly enjoy my programme
The programme is well structured, ensuring that what I am leaning is relevant to what I am doing in the office
There is regular training opportunities, along with frequent check-ins with my manager to ensure I am well occupied
I receive a decent amount of support, however I feel my training provider could be more accommodating towards apprentices schedules
It enables me to understand my work in greater detail
