  • My role involves supporting our clients with their queries, helping to formulate their strategies, producing and presenting decks (internally and externally) and ad hoc requests.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme. I am really happy in my job and i love the culture of Visa. However, it can be difficult managing the completion of a degree whilst working.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is well-structured and organised, however, it's very intense with only limited breaks between each module.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Visa is supportive of degree apprentices having a study day, however, this is still not enough time to complete assignments close to the deadlines.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Corndel are very good at supporting students with their development and with their course.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • A lot of the skills and knowledge I learn through my degree can be transferred over to my role. The module challenges encourage lots of application to Visa

  • I am a member of the Women in Business ERG and Young Professionals ERG and I try to participate in company wide competitions

  • Yes

  • Visa is an amazing company to work for. The culture of the business is exemplary, with friendly employees that are always willing to help you. The business offers great benefits and a compensation package, supports employee development and is full of opportunities to enrich employee development


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Visa?
  • Research Visa's leadership principles and think of examples of how you have demonstrated these in the real world. The interview is quite relaxed compared to others so it's important to be yourself - there's no trick questions.
